A few Facts & Myths of Masturbation

Masturbation the sexual stimulation of one’s own genitals to almost or to the point of climax using your fingers, everyday devices or toys which are primarily designed to facilitate human sexual stimulation.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with making love to yourself! It has many benefits too, I mean, it teaches us new things about our body and how it works, it burns calories, it is the safest sex, it acts as a natural sedative and helps us to go to sleep and it kills stress… the lists is endless.

There are some benefits which are unique to men and unique to women. For men masturbation helps them to have better control of their orgasms and prevent premature ejaculation, it encourages a healthier prostrate and builds up a resistance to prostate gland infections and also boost their general immune system.

Whether as in women the benefit are more prevalent, masturbation strengthens the pelvic floor muscles which then helps give a better sexual experiences and bladder control, it helps build a resistance to any yeast infections, it can greatly reduce the symptoms of premenstrual tension (such as back pain and stomach cramps) and improves the ability and quality to orgasm. But not only does it help you avoid catching any nasty STD’s such as HIV, it prevents unwanted pregnancies and reduces the incidence of rapes and sexual abuse.

Contrary to popular belief masturbation does not make you go blind or crazy, cause you to grow hair on the palms of your hands, stunt your growth or damage your sex organs… if that were true then almost the whole of population of the world would have experienced at least one of these side effects as a result. Don’t worry about it either… it’s pointless and only causes you stress.

There is just one thing to remember though – there is a time and place for it 😉
